The Rival 4.5L Deep Fryer (model: CZF745) is a restaurant-quality deep fryer for any home kitchen. The deep fryer provides an extra-large 4.5 liter oil capacity and the ability to cook up to 1.75lb. of food at a time. Its immersion heating element cooks food quicker and with crispier results and less oil absorption. The deep fryer also features 1800 watts for faster oil recovery time, an adjustable thermostat, a thirty (30) minute timer, and automatic shut-off with a signal bell to indicate when food is ready to enjoy. A filter traps odor-causing smoke during cooking, while a view window in the lid allows for keeping an eye on what's frying inside. The enamel oil reservoir detaches for simple cleaning and is dishwasher-safe.
